Yogjakarta is very different from Jakarta. It is more relaxed and
it hosts the largest university of Indonesia, so it is full of students from
all over the archipelago and in a lesser percentage from other countries.

One
peculiarity of Yogjakarta is that it still conserves its Sultan, who must be
consulted by the Government and whoever else wants to do anything in the city.
We are based in the Jambuluwuk hotel. I am at the 8th floor so the views are really great.
At the hall
of the hotel, two live shows of traditional Indonesian music and Batik elaboration
wishes guests good morning every day.
